You can navigate around the site to each category by clicking on the category of your choice. Click on any of the items within the category to see a larger picture along with the item description, price and size options.

Add to Basket

By clicking on this button your item will be placed into your virtual shopping basket and you are now ready to begin the purchasing process or continue shopping by clicking the continue shopping icon.

Proceed to Checkout

The first process of this section is to register your details with us. You only need to do this once as you details will then be held in our customer database and will be not passed to any third party. Any subsequent purchases will only require your e-mail address and password to be entered. You will then be asked to enter the delivery address for your order, unless they are the same as the billing address.
You will then be asked to select your postage options. For all first class or airmail deliveries please select ‘Standard’, for recorded delivery within the UK please select ‘recorded’ and for international signed for deliveries please select ‘international signed for’. Once you have selected the postage option, press CONTINUE
Once you have selected your payment type, you will be taken to your basket to confirm the items you wish to purchase. Please check at this time that the items in your basket are correct, along with the delivery & billing address.  When you are satisfied that this has been checked, press COMPLETE ORDER which will then take you to a secure environment where you will be asked to enter your credit/debit card details.  Banchory Merchandising Ltd payment pages are held on Secpay secure servers; we do not deal with your credit card details directly and all personal credit information is security encrypted the moment you send it. Once the payment is authorized, you will promptly receive an email confirmation of your purchase which will contain your individual order number for any future reference or correspondence.


Registration is free with no obligation to purchase. Registered users of Banchory Merchandising may also opt in to receive a number of benefits, such as special promotions, previews and email news.

Despatch/Transit Time

We aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days of order confirmation, but please allow up to 7 days for delivery within the UK. We will make every effort to fulfil orders within the stated period but that time period is only an estimate of the anticipated time for delivery and we can accept no responsibility.

All packages will be sent via Royal Mail.
Their estimated transit times for packages are:
 - UK first class items up to 3 working days
 - Airmail items up to 5 working days

Posting and Packaging

Our postage & packaging costs are calculated specifically for each order taking into account the size/weight of the package, it’s contents and destination. On all orders placed for delivery outside of the UK, please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to pay subsequent import duties that may be levied on consignments within their own countries.

Our Standard postage rates are based on the Royal Mail first class tariff for UK deliveries or Airmail for any other destination.

If you require a recorded delivery (with a signature upon delivery) the following additional charges will be incurred:

 £0.70 for UK deliveries (in addition to standard first class)
 £3.50 for deliveries outwith the UK (in addition to standard Airmail rate)

Payment Options

We can accept the following credit or debit cards as payment for orders through this website: Visa, Master Card, UK Switch, and UK Delta. We regret that we cannot accept American Express or Visa Electron.


While we hope you will be satisfied with your purchase, if you are dissatisfied with the product in any way, we will happily accept items returned unworn (or unused in the case of CD’s, Vinyl or DVD’s) & in the original packaging within 14 days of delivery to the address below:

We would ask that customers enclose details of the item they wish to now purchase along with the original order reference number & any payment outstanding.


We warrant that all Goods will correspond with their product description and be of satisfactory quality. To claim for a breach of this warranty, please return the Goods to us within 14 days of delivery, together with a description of the alleged defect and, where there is a valid claim, we will at our discretion either replace or repair the Goods free of charge or refund you the price of the Goods.


Returns should be despatched back within 14 days of receipt and should be unworn and in original packaging.

Please ensure that you obtain and keep a proof of posting certificate from the post office for your returned Banchory Merchandising item.  Banchory Merchandising Ltd cannot be responsible for loss of returned items without this proof of posting.

Following receipt and checking of goods, Banchory Merchandising Ltd will credit the full value of returned goods and any original extra delivery charge paid (per item) back to the nominated credit/debit card.

Please note that goods returns charges are the responsibility of the sender and we regret that we cannot be held liable to for any extra returns delivery charges unless goods are faulty.

Credits for returned goods can only be processed back to the original card used for payment.

Lost Items

In the event of a non delivery, we must be notified within 5 months of the order date in order to investigate the loss and submit a claim to Royal Mail. Therefore, parcels reported missing after this time will not be refunded or re-sent.
